If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
Before proceeding, please read the following information carefully.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
Once you confirm the deletion:

Your account will be permanently deleted.

All personal data associated with your profile will be removed.

You will lose access to the application and its services.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
HOW TO REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION
You can delete your account directly from the app by following these steps:

Sign in to your account.

Go to My Profile.

Select Settings.

Tap Delete Account.

Confirm your request.
If you are unable to access your account, please contact our support team for assistance.
DATA RETENTION
Certain information may be retained only when required by applicable laws or regulatory obligations. Once the required retention period has expired, the information will be permanently deleted.
PROCESSING TIME
Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date it is received.
